"I sold 2 brand new construction homes with Deb; one last year and one this year. The most recent home literally just closed yesterday (Monday, July 6th). Working with Deb has been a great selling experience all along. I can tell she loves her job and enjoys helping people. She is very thorough and wrote up a very detailed description about both properties, not missing a single selling point, along with staging both of my homes to make them look presentable to potential buyers who attended the open house. If you truly want to sell a home, I wouldn't look any further. Deb will get the job done. She puts a lot of effort into everything she does, from hiring a professional photographer and posting open house signs all over at no additional cost to me. The effort paid off. Within less than a month, we had a buyer and the clear to close from the lenders. However, the most recent sale closing from July 6th was extremely frustrating because the lender requested multiple extensions (about 3 or 4 extensions) and then they would not communicate any info why or what exactly is going on and when did they provided very vague info due to things being confidential and it seemed like a never ending nightmare, but Deb was right there with me every step of the way to get things done, and believe me she did. If I needed to call, text, or email her for updates, she always answered the phone or got right back to me very quickly. Despite how rocky this closing was, we finally made it to the top of the hill, and I feel fortunate to have someone like Deb helping me. And I'll definitely be using her again in the future and will definitely recommend her to anyone who is going to sell or buy."
