Meet Paula
Paula Kiker was born and raised in Bloomington Illinois. After a visit in 1995 to Fort Myers Beach, Paula fell in love with the small community and decided to move to the Island and begin a new profession in real estate.
Starting as a personal assistant, she grew to be the rental manager, then sales associate and in 2003 purchased Lahaina Realty and became the Broker/Owner. Paula was voted NAR member of the Year in 2013, and has served on the Board of Directors for her local Association & Florida Realtors®.
In 2023, with all of the changes in the market place Paula decided to merge with ERA. This was a win win for her and her team; offering national & international exposure and many tech tools to assist the agents. She still finds time to benefit those in need with fundraisers and benefits. She is a true success story, not a native born daughter but one that chose this community to call home.
