About Jessica Reyes Joseph

Jessica L. Reyes Olsson is an army child from Fayetteville, North Carolina. Her father joined the U.S. Army and brought his family from Puerto Rico in pursuit of the American dream in 1984. Following the Real Estate crash of 2007, Jessica was able to purchase a Bank Repossession Property in October 2009 in North Miami, while attending Barry University completing her Bachelors in Athletic Training. During her stay in North Miami, she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and sold her single family home for over triple the purchase price. With this single-family home sale, she was able to pay off her and her brother's student loans. Jessica has worked with professional athletes, including NFL stars, and pursued a concentration in Sports Medicine and Pelvic Health.

When she accepted the great opportunity to work in Cape Coral, she purchased her first multi-unit property in April 2018. Currently living in one side of the Duplex, she runs a successful Air-BnB in the other unit. After Jessica gave birth to her only child in January 2020, she made the switch from working in the medical field to Real Estate.

Real Estate has offered Jessica the opportunity to remove the burden of student loans and increase quality family time. Jessica's personal experience and insight make her a great choice to work with new buyer's making their way into purchasing real estate and new investors interested in multi-unit properties.
