Meet Dennis
Dennis came to Naples 12 years ago after taking early retirement from 3M where he served in various management positions in finance, information technology, supply chain, distribution and overseas subsidiary management. The subsidiary management included living for 13 years in five different countries in Europe, and Middle and Far East.
Three of these assignments included working with a start up team to search out and establish new subsidiary operations.
He made his first real estate investment in Southwest Florida in 1998 and has been involved in the purchase and management of rental properties since that time. He obtained his real estate license in 2002 and spent 3 years as the on-site sales agent for a new condo development before focusing on the buyer side of locating properties.
Born in southern South Dakota, he attended the Universities of South Dakota and Minnesota majoring in Business Administration.
